Min 1: Kipping Handstand Push-Up x 8-12 reps
Min 2: Double-Unders x Max Reps in 45 seconds
Min 3: Toes-to-Bar x 8-12 reps
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Snatch with 3 second hold x 1 rep @ 75%

Against a 4-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
20 Push-Ups

Rest 60 seconds between sets, and complete a total of 3 sets
