Strength:

Deadlifts @ 80%

M – 3×5 (3 mins rest)

F – 5×3 (90 sec rest)

 

Conditioning:

12-9-6-3

Deadlifts @ 60%

  • 20 Wall Balls between each round
  • Wall Balls must be unbroken
  • If broken, 10 burpee penalty to be taken immediately before finishing the set of 20 Wall Balls
