ABOUT US
Typhoon - home of CrossFit Typhoon - is one of Hong Kong’s original CrossFit gyms. Established in 2013, our "Bunker' in Sai Wan has matured into more than just a gym - we are an urban fitness community - dedicated to the development of increased health and fitness of all of our members through training and community events.
Through our daily T8 CrossFit WODs, T3 Strength & Conditioning, and T1 Bootcamp sessions and specialty classes, we are here to help you achieve the fitness goals that you’ve always wanted. Our emphasis is on functional fitness - and FUN! <--
Under the guidance of our expert coaches, our programming can be scaled to the needs of any client irrespective of age, fitness level, or ability.

Typhoon offers a variety of classes, personal training, and open gym sessions to help you reach your fitness goals. We are accessible to CrossFit veterans as well as those new to the sport, and pride ourselves on integrating new members into the CrossFit community through our bootcamp and on-ramping programs. The options below reflect that integration with new members advancing from T3 bootcamps - to T8 CrossFit WODs, and T10 - our bespoke elite athlete program for those who have competitions in their sights. Throughout this progression, our coaches are available for one-on-one personal training which can help you perfect your movements and help reach your goals more efficiently.
