T3 - STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

For those accustomed to sports and exercise - our daily T3 sessions can help you advance your personal fitness goals with fun, high intensity workouts aimed at getting you moving while burning some serious calories in the process.

A dedicated instructor and small class sizes mean that movement patterns and techniques are closely supervised and appropriately scaled so you are working as hard as possible in a controlled environment. Our group classes provide a supportive environment that keeps you motivated and focused so you hit that last rep that you deserve.

T3 classes are specifically tailored to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness levels in the shortest time possible. Classes utilise a balance of simple and compound movements, introducing new equipment from barbells to ropes -  every class is different so your training is always interesting, fresh and FUN.
