T8 Crossfit (WOD)
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program utilizing movements we use everyday: pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
In our group classes in The Bunker we work together and support each other, forging a fun and engaging fitness community. CrossFit programming is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience and fitness levels.
CrossFit classes include supervised training in power and Olympic lifting, and incorporate benchmarked workouts.
