CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program utilising movements we use everyday: pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.


In our group classes in The Bunker we work together and support each other, forging a fun and engaging fitness community. CrossFit programming is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience and fitness levels.
