FunDAMentals
Delivered on a 1:1 basis with one of our coaches, the Fundamentals course allows you to learn the core CrossfFt movements.
Some people have great strength and weightlifting abilities but have never been exposed to gymnastics. Others may be great runners but have never touched a barbell.
The course has been created to build on basic movements and to allow individuals to safely move into our CrossFit classes.
