WHAT IS FUNDAMENTALS?

This is your On Ramp program to prepare you for the your CrossFit experience. During the session, you will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit.

​

Dedicated coaches will ensure your readiness before entering classes. Prior to completing fundamentals, you are also eligible to book for Bootcamp, HYROX, or Strength & Conditioning.

​

When you have completed fundamentals, our CrossFit and Barbell program awaits you.

​

You need to complete your fundamentals before joining CrossFit and Barbell Class.

​

** If you have any prior Olympic weightlifting experience, please do highlight to us and our coaches will help to assess you so that you may bypass the basics classes.
