The Barbell Club program is specifically designed to help participants refine and perfect their technique in Olympic-style lifts, which are a core component of CrossFit training. The classes break down the lifts into their component parts, allowing for focused attention on proper technique and execution.

The Barbell Club classes provide participants with the time and expert guidance necessary to improve their Olympic lifting skills. The dedicated instruction and feedback aim to help members develop and master the technical aspects of these complex movements
